[This had to be Lois' idea. Clark is all for saving the local homeless shelter or whatever, but uh... he's not exactly mister talented. Unless building fences is a talent. He can do that super well.

So now it's fifteen minutes to showtime and he's still not really sure what the hell he's supposed to be doing. Except that he's going up there with her.]

[ there is no stage fright here, ok. she follows him out, grinning widely at the audience as she reaches for her own mic, and cuts him a wide-eyed OH MY GOD stare with that smile still plastered on when he breaks the mic, elbowing him in the side ] Guy doesn't know his own strength.
