how to play.
1.  Drop a comment with one or more of your muses.  It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me.  If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too.
2.  In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone.  No muses are off-limits except for those that have no icon uploaded on the list.  If you leave it to me, it is likely that I will give you someone I haven't tried yet, haven't tried much, or haven't played in a long while.
3.  just rp with me.  if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse.  if it doesn't, it doesn't.

I am in mood for jests, Sif. [ his tone is as clouded as his expression, his hand curling into a fist, as he if wishes he could punch out the wall. or is about to try. ] Again, the All-Father refuses to let me leave this realm to prove my worth with the other warriors.

[Her arms fold across her chest, the hint of defiance and boldness coming through. She did not mean to provoke him, but she still places herself on edge just in case.]

And you feel as though you are unworthy? What have you done to weaken our trust in you?

[ he frowns at her and her logic. get out of here, there is no room for that here. ] It is not a question of trust forfeited, it is a matter of reaching higher. How can I expect to know real battle when he keeps me here, away from the best of them?

How high do you believe you can reach with one added victory? Surely you can see wisdom in waiting for the right opportunity.

And why it should be his choice which is the right opportunity?

Perhaps the answer lies in how uneasy it makes you when he does such things. You wish to seek victory, to ascend above where you currently stand. Do you not feel he wishes for the same? To have his heir -- your victories -- heralded for all to know?

I see no reason he would wish to deprive me of this, and yet his actions do naught but speak of reticence - fear that I should fail, or bring shame to this house.

Perhaps you need to look past your own wishes and see his own. You are thinking too much with your own needs and not of the Kingdom and I believe you know this to be true.

[She frowns. She does not like to tell him of things he cannot do. For her believing in Thor and his will is an easier task than fighting the battles herself.]

I am unsure, but I must trust in his choices the same as you.
