how to play.
1.  Drop a comment with one or more of your muses.  It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me.  If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too.
2.  In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone.  No muses are off-limits except for those that have no icon uploaded on the list.  If you leave it to me, it is likely that I will give you someone I haven't tried yet, haven't tried much, or haven't played in a long while.
3.  just rp with me.  if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse.  if it doesn't, it doesn't.

[ it's been awhile since the winchesters came in and out of her life, but when she opens her front door one night, there's sam, filling up the whole threshold. he looks a little chagrined as he forces a smile. ]

[She's surprised when she sees him there, but it's definitely a good surprise. Even if she has to bicker with Dennis for a moment to drop the barrier and let him inside.]

[ he stoops a bit to get in under her doorframe, and moves past her, bag slung over his shoulder. ]

A call would have been nice. [She's not going to lie. But she will head towards him.] You and Dean in town for a case or something?

Not quite. [ an awkward beat ] We, uh, had a fight.

[visiongirl]

[She frowns.] What about?

[psychicwonder]

It... doesn't really matter. [ yes it does. but it's ~family business~ ] But he's, uh, got the car.

[ awkward beat ] I took a bus. I didn't know where else to--

I can go if it's inconvenient.

[She gave him a look before shaking her head.] If I wanted you to go, I would have thrown you out by now.

[ he stops in the center of her living room, glancing around as if to try to figure out where to set his one bag down. he finally just sits on the couch, and puts it between his legs, folding his hands together and bouncing them on his knees before awkwardly joking: ] Thought you might have... seen me coming. [ puppy half-smile ]

Sadly, the Powers That Be don't give me warnings about my social cars.

[She jokes with a grin as she sits down next to him.]

Terrible, painful visions, clients who don't pay enough, and a total lack of a social life. So you know, the norm.

[ that makes him crack a smile ] It could be worse.

It's true. It could be. As far as I know, we don't currently have any apocalypses coming. [a beat.] As far as I know.

I think we could both do with a breather from those.

Yeah, we definitely could.

[ he gives her a weary sympathetic smile, his gaze lingering, before he looks down again, squinching his forehead. ]

So I never found out you ... got into all this. Was it when your visions started?

[visiongirl]

Nope. I was tangled up in this mess long before that. My high school was on a hellmouth.

... What's a hellmouth?

[visiongirl]

Breeding ground for demonic happenings. Especially vampires.

Here I thought the whole country was one big breeding ground.

Well yeah, they can exist anywhere, but from what I understand? Hellmouths are really concentrated areas of them.
